- My current concern is understanding how we are closely coupled with our environments: when and how do we use actions and state outside our head to complement our mental activity? What is the relative cost structure of activities in and outside our brains? This concern translates into studies of how we think with things, how we think with out body, and most of all how to design highly interactive environments.
